Quality gates
How we keep AI honest
Generative tools are fast and confident, and sometimes wrong. These are the checks every production goes through.
An accuracy log. Every shot is checked against the source: on Shraap, against the Vishnu and Bhagavata Puranas, down to the colour of Airavata and the number of his tusks.
A look bible. One visual contract per film. When a model and the bible disagree, the bible wins and the shot is made again.
Locked characters. Faces, costumes and props are fixed before production, so the hero in shot one is the hero in shot four hundred.
A pronunciation guide. Every Sanskrit, Hindi and Greek name is written down with how it should sound, before a single line is voiced.
Draft first. Shots are reviewed at draft quality; only approved shots are rendered at full resolution.
